1. About us
This website is operated by Nibblo, a family-run dried fruit business based in Peacehaven, East Sussex. Throughout this site, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Nibblo. By visiting our site or purchasing from us, you agree to these terms.
2. Products
We sell handmade dried fruit pouches in a range of flavours and sizes. We take care to ensure product descriptions, images and prices are accurate. Because our products are prepared in small batches by hand, slight natural variation in colour, size or texture may occur — that is part of the charm of real fruit.
Availability may vary depending on ingredients, season and stock. If an item is unavailable after you order, we will contact you to arrange a refund or alternative.
3. Pricing
All prices are shown in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable. We may change prices at any time, but the price charged is always the price displayed when you complete checkout.
Discount codes, bundle savings and subscription discounts apply only when stated and cannot usually be combined unless we say otherwise.
4. Orders
When you place an order, you will receive an email confirmation. This confirms we have received your order — it does not guarantee acceptance until we have processed payment and confirmed dispatch.
We may cancel or refuse an order if:
- A product is unavailable
- There is an error in pricing or product information
- Payment cannot be processed or is flagged for review
- We suspect fraud or misuse
If we cancel your order, you will receive a full refund.
5. Payment
Payment is taken in full at checkout through our secure Shopify checkout. We accept the payment methods shown at checkout (such as card, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay).
6. Delivery & pickup
We deliver to UK addresses and offer free local pickup in Peacehaven. Full details are in our Delivery & Returns policy.
7. Returns & refunds
Due to the nature of food products, opened items cannot be returned unless faulty or not as described. Please see our Delivery & Returns policy for full information.
8. Allergens & ingredients
Our products are made from dried fruit with no added sugar or preservatives. They are naturally vegan and gluten-free. Individual product pages list ingredients for each flavour.
Our products are prepared in a home kitchen that handles fruit and packing materials. While we take care with preparation and hygiene, if you have a severe allergy please read product information carefully and contact us before ordering if you need more detail.
9. Subscriptions
If you choose subscribe & save, you authorise recurring charges at the frequency shown at checkout until you pause or cancel. You can manage your subscription from your customer account or by emailing hello@nibblo.store.
10. Intellectual property
All content on this website — including text, images, logos, branding and product photography — belongs to Nibblo and may not be copied, reproduced or used without our written permission.
11. Privacy
We handle your personal data in line with our Privacy Policy & Cookies. We do not sell your data to third parties for their marketing.
12. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website or purchase of our products. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order.
Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
