Each batch is sliced and dried in small runs at our Peacehaven kitchen. We use real lemon, nothing else: no added sugar, no preservatives, no sulphites. Just pure fruit, gently dried until the flavour concentrates into something bold, aromatic and unmistakably lemony.
Drop a wheel into gin and tonic, margaritas or hot honey lemon. Chop into trail mix, baking or dressings. Vegan, gluten-free and handmade in the UK.
